Pocket Ftrg Robyn Hitchcock – Available Now!

Over the last few years, I have been working on a series of songs with some of my favorite singers – I brought the music, they brought the words.  The results are quite possibly the most interesting and best work I have done and I am very excited to announce the first single (in a series of 6) that will be trickling out from camp Pocket in 2009.

“Surround Him With Love” featuring Robyn Hitchcock

This EP/Single contains the title track, remixes by The Somnambulants, The STEALTH & KKS and a bonus track featuring Shonali Bhowmik (Tigers and Monkeys.)  It is available right now for $2.99 (for all 5 songs!) at Other Music for two weeks until it becomes available at your favorite web retailers like iTunes and Amazon. “Surround Him With Love” also makes its national TV debut during episode 4 of NBC’s “Kings” (watch for the bar scene).  The artwork for all the singles this year come courtesy of Satoshi Osada.

To kick things up a notch, I am making the remix stems available too – if you are a remixer, download the stems here, remix it and e-mail it back to me.  The next single will feature Yuki Chikudate from Asobi Seksu and will be released in Mid-May.
